Top 5 Locations for Photos

One of the biggest things I've been learning is that location is one of the most, if not, the most important things when it comes to photos. A great location can make or break your photo. So for future and current clients I composited a list of my five favorite locations to shoot photos.

1. Big Cottonwood Canyon

I loved that there was so much variety in areas to shoot. The time we went up, there was tons of colorful leaves and then we went up a little higher and found snow and pine trees. It was absolutely gorgeous!

2. Tunnel Park, North Salt Lake City

The lighting for this location was just unreal! This location is very simple, but gorgeous. Very warm, light, and airy tones.

3. The Garden Park Ward

This is a photo from my bridals, when I got married. We went to The Garden Park Ward and it was stunning. I loved all the different areas we could shoot. There was a beautiful pond, a little cabin, a cool bridge going over the stream, and then this beautiful gazebo. Pretty low traffic spot and easy to get to.

4. Main Street Bountiful

I LOVE MAIN STREET in Bountiful! There are so many options for different types of photos. There are lots of different colored walls that are so fun to play with!

5. Kuwahara Farms in Draper

This shoot was during October, but seriously it had the best little greenhouses to shoot in. I loved the warm tones it helped set off. Higher traffic during October, but still so amazing to shoot at!
